Amazingly helpful staff with the service provided by the mega mrs he is a polite and very friendly staff, well-equipped, brand-new rooms. A wide range of TASTY food at breakfast time. Central location, at a medium distance from a private museum. Walking distance to a shopping mall and a small shopping mall across the street.

we got a room with roll in showers. the breakfast was plentiful, the check in was smooth.

Loved the hotel, it is popular and clean, has good and perfect location to adi sutjipto airport. Location: the property was not far from bookstore and next to mall and malioboro, kraton and easy to get a taxi or vehicle. I visited Gula Jawa Lobby Bar not very far from the venue for a few drinks.

Facilities were great, nonetheless Wi-Fi was bad.

The breakfast is plentiful and absolutely superb with the omelette and traditional indo cuisine available, and the service is excellent.

Famous hotel in a magnificent position in Gunung Kidul areas. A huge variety of options, fine food. Beautifully maintained room, reasonably sized, with view to the Volcano as well as terrace. Excellent service, amazingly friendly staff during stay. Location near to malioboro, kraton and easy to get a taxi or vehicle and many floors of shops and central and airport and yogyakarta station. Easy walk to Tugu Monument.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable for the services and facilities provided. The attention to detail in the rooms was evident, with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and a balcony offering an excellent view of Mt Merapi. The hotel's location in the city center was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the fort in Tugu and right next to a shopping mall. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities provided were sufficient, and the breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options.

No improvements needed, everything was ok.

The location was fantastic, being close to a shopping center and right in the center of the city. The service provided here was excellent, with the staff giving us a warm welcome and good services. The room amenities were impressive, including a mini-bar, terrace, and soundproofed rooms. The dining options were also top-notch, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area available. Additionally, the leisure facilities such as the spa and wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool were great for relaxation.

Excellent service and comfort, spacious room with a garden courtyard view, helpful bellmen, friendly Front Office Manager, convenient location near Galleria Mall, inexpensive and fast metered taxis to Malioboro.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Jogja and had a great experience. the hotel offered excellent value for money, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the well-maintained rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated near a shopping center and just a stone's throw away from the Tugu fort. The breathtaking view of Mount Merapi from the room was truly a sight to behold.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect.
